That’s it, I’m no longer talking about this content curation fad. It’s awful, lacking innovation and continues to abuse so many concepts that it make me angry enough to spit.
They all suck. Really. All of them. They all start from the same premise of “there’s so much information out there” and then go right on to adding to the problem.
It’s over....

Look at this. This seems like a really useful research tool that I might give a proper try. Not once do they mention the word “curation”.
Look at this article and video from Robert Scoble. He is so desperate to make it part of his “content curator” schtick, he puts “curation” in the title and seems to really want Victor Karkar to talk bout grouping content and...

I know exactly what you mean. The Essential Bob Dylan album costs $16.99 as an mp3 download! This doesn’t even include the cost of a player, the cost of a computer or an internet connection!
I’m in a family of five as well. If I wanted to buy Bob Dylan for all of us, it would cost close to $85. This is after we’ve spent up to $1000 on iPods for all of us. I just don’t know how anyone except...

Drew Jacobs gives another name to what Marc Augé described as Supermodernism in 1995, Gilles Lipovetsky called Hypermodenism in 2005 and Nicholas Bourriaud called Altermodern in 2005 and practiced in 2009.
Worth a read just for the bullit points if you ignore the name and the strange religious aspect.
